Isn't it strange that we all know what we are really looking for in life and know exactly where to find it? But we consciously desist from looking there and finding what we were looking for! I wonder why?! Why don't we all make up our mind to be the Ranchos of our lives? Why are we so scared to take risks? Is it in our genes or is it in our culture? Hmmmm....

That was interesting Sagarika. The US is a good example of a nation that has taken the msg of 3 Idiots a bit too seriously. Now their Prez is asking the US kids n parents to buck up lest the pple of Bangalore n Beijing race ahead. On the other hand the msg 'Follow your heart' has a lot of depth in it. Rancho says pple are unable to excel bcoz they end up in fields that do not interest them for various reasons. Take up what you are passionate about and then slog your a** off. You won't mind the sweat bcoz u enjoy it! At no point in time does Rancho say follow ur heart n then goof off! This way or that way there is no substitute to hard work...jus make sure you are working hard for what excites you. Sachin n Lata both sweat but they sweat wisely...that's the whole idea!
