Get Real ?

I came across this interesting quote today.. "If you are not an idealist at 20, your heart is not working. If you are still an idealist at 40, your head is not working " !! What exactly does this mean? Does this mean by the time you become 40 you should give up all ideals? These days "Get real" seems to have become an euphemism for "Get crooked" ! Where would all these great realists have been today if people like Bose, Bhagath, Azad and many others had not got themselves killed trying to live up to their ideals ?Perhaps they would still be licking British boots. In my opinion, the greatest realists are those who die for their ideals for as I have said before in one of my blogs, those who died are the only ones alive today; all those who lived are long dead.Long live the ideals and those who live by them for they are the only ones who truly live.The rest are nothing more than a bunch of parasites who ensure their own survival by hook or crook only to be trampled into oblivion by the march of time.
