I can definitely vouch for this!!!

I was employed at Satyam and had a 1st hand experience of what could happen when the top man does not have proper values . . . . more importantly if the scam is originating from him . . . . my God! . . . 50,000 employees . . . and I get to hear that TechMahindra cannot absorb that many . . . they dont have the scale . . . in a month or two, it should reduce to 10,000 . . . already 20,000 people have been given pink slips . . . . many of them are still to get placed . . . only 20% of them have been placed so far . . . . so many families . . . so many individuals affected b'coz of just one man and his greed . . . avarice, if we may say . . . . .

INTEGRITY and HUMAN VALUES . . . They are more than just basic requirement for the top management! The lessons they teach in Primary School (Honesty is the best policy) is more important than the ones they teach in Business School (Marketing, Finance...)!
