Character? Big deal?
The guy who says 'Money does not buy happiness' has a nut missing from his head.Money does buy happiness. It buys cool cars, big buildings,foreign-tours and many other things including hearts of a certain type of women! But what it does not buy is that strange inexplicable blissful feeling that you get deep inside when you know you have stood by your principles and ideals at the cost of your immediate personal material benefit. Those who have experienced it know that all the gems and jewellery in the world look like junk in front of that feeling felt deep inside one's heart. The thought of having done something exceptionally good and enabled oneself to blink brightly on His radar-screen cannot be measured in currency notes.By my own experience in life, I know that every damn thing you do is recorded, irrespective of those being beneficial or harmful to yourself or others and you are made to face the consequences. One can play around with gold coins only as long as one continues to occupy one's current physical body.Only your character has an influence on which body in what environment you are going to occupy in your next birth which is the next step among the crores of steps you have been taking towards perfection and realisation of your true identity. So why not focus on accruing that more long-lasting wealth called character instead of being yet another junk-fellow on the road?
